By placing an order with Sukhadia's, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern the shipping, delivery, and handling of your order.
Improper information may delay shipment or prevent delivery altogether. UPS/FedEx will handle the delivery, and the company will not reship the product or offer any refunds in such cases. If the shipment is returned to the shipper due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
All pictures shown on the website are for illustrative purpose only. All decoration material on the pictures is also for display only. In assorted sweet boxes, the sweets may differ from the display due to availability or seasonal factors.Â
All gift boxes cannot be customized. We may be unable to accommodate requests for customization for various reasons, such as cost factors, product availability, shelf life, shape, and size of the products.
We offer customizable sweet box on our site, where you can select your preferred sweets and create an assortment of your own choice. Please note that there may be slight differences (1 or 2 pieces) if a particular sweet is unavailable at the time of your order.
There is a dedicated team to do the packing for all the shipments. Lots of packing material is used to give the cushioning effect to these delicate products. In spite of our best efforts, we do not take responsibility if shape of the product changes in transit as cartons are subject to different types of handling.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Sukhadia's reserves the right to limit replacements. Returns and refunds are not offered.
Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must reroute your order. Sukhadia's cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt (or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our carrier).
We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.
Sukhadia's is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
2. Your recipient is out of town or unavailable;
3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt;
4. The carrier delays shipment.
Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for the carrier.
