Returns

  • Our team at Sukhadia's takes great pride and care in our sweets and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
  • Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for perishable products. However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged order, please do get in touch with us with a photo of your order within 24 hours of receiving it. All queries must be accompanied with a photo.
  • Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our Quality Control team and Shipping partner to address the issue. If the shipment is delayed on behalf of UPS/FedEx or because of factors beyond our control, we cannot issue a refund. If the order is canceled after placement, we can cancel it as long as it has not been processed. Once processed, a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • We must receive the product back. Please note we cannot accept returns of any opened boxes because of our food safety and sanitary protocols. For products that can be returned, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Any store credit issued is applicable for our online store only. It cannot be redeemed in store and is applicable for the cost of the product only, not shipping, taxes or handling fees.
