SHIPPING: 1.We ship the orders within 48 hours of your placing the order except Saturday, Sunday and major holidays. We ship via Federal Express and UPS . 2.Shipping charges are calculated online once you enter the shipping address. 3.Refrigerated and Frozen Items are ADVISED TO BE shipped Via Next Day and Second Day Air only. 4.We DON'T TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF QUALITY of Refrigerated and Frozen Items if the customer chooses to get the shipment by Ground Service. 5.Avoid Sweet Orders on Thursday or Friday;as we don't want UPS/FedEx to keep sweets over the weekend in their storage or on the truck. 6.It is the customer's responsibility to provide proper shipping address, phone and email address, improper information my delay the shipment or may not be delivered by UPS.Company will not reship the product or give any refund if such a situation arises because of customer's negligence. 7. we prefer receiving orders on-line. Customers placing orders telephonically do so at their own risk as there can be communication gap about the product or wrong address/ info. given or understood. 8. Overseas orders-- the shipment cost shown on line is further subject to the local taxes & custom duty based on the rules of the country of destination.Transit time can not be ensured because of the extra route of custom clearance. 9.Order Sweets on Commercial Address to save $1.50 in shipping cost.

Lots of packing material is used to give the cushioning effect to these delicate products. Inspite of our best efforts,we don't take responsibility if shape of the product changes in transit as cartons are subject to different types of handling. REFUNDS : 1.Due to the perishable nature of our products we can entertain refunds within 48 hours only. We must receive the product back to process the refund. We will not pay the shipping cost for return shipment of the products.RESTOCKING FEE of 10% is applicable in all cases of return of the product. 2. If the shipment is delayed on behalf of UPS/FedEx or because of factors beyond our control, we don't entertain refund. 3. Telephonic orders-no refund is given if there is dispute because of misunderstanding of the nature of the product or there is delay in the shipment because of wrong address/ info. given or understood. PAYMENTS: 1.For your convinence our online showroom is set on a secure server and we accept VISA, Master, Discover, American Express and Dinners Club cards. 2. We don't accept any checks for shipment orders. 3.The fact that the customers shares the credit card information with us either on-line or telephonically, is taken as Credit card Authorization act. 4.No shipment is sent without charging of the card.
